Bloating is an accumulation of gas in the intestines, in greater quantity than normal, accompanied by an unpleasant sensation. This is caused, in general, by inadequate dietary needs. Here are some categories of foods that is better to bypass if you know you have a difficult digestion and you’re often bloated:
Some vegetables
Once in the intestines, some vegetables cause more gas than others, and each of us has a body more or less tolerant to this, more or less able to absorb these gases. If you know that you have a special sensitivity, then would be better to bypass beans, lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, onion and capsicum.
Soft drinks
Because they are rich in carbon dioxide, all these drinks, starting with sparkling mineral water and ending with sodas will cause bloating. Other category of acidic drinks (coffee, fresh orange juice, alcohol, tea, hot chocolate) can irritate the stomach, causing inflammation and, of course, feeling bloated. Avoid them as much as possible.
Dairy products
If you suffer from lactose intolerance, forget any milk-based product. Lactose, impossible to digest in this case, go directly into the colon where it generates large gas accumulation. If you can not consume milk, you have as an alternative a number of other foods rich in calcium which helps to maintain bones health.
Fats
Everything fried in oil, like most of the menus in fast food restaurants cause bloating. French fries, chicken wings, donuts, fried cheese are not for those suffering from bloating. Because the stomach needs more time to break down fats and digest them, which favors gas accumulation.
Salt
Excess salt in the body is causing inflammation, swelling and blood disorders. In addition, foods high in sodium promotes water retention, which leads to a feeling of weight, swollen feet, bags under the eyes and of course.. bloating. Salt should be consumed in small amounts as, and when you can, replace it with herbs for added flavor.
